I need to know if they can delay issuing the passport and for how long. you can call the swift or others but maybe a face to face with a suprevisor in the passport office would be more informative

open at 7:30 but it says on website that it is by appointment only. I will call at 7:30. Will be done with Michelle at 3:30 and can go down then. can go down earlier if you want to see if she can get info before.

i will go to the local place after i receive your fed ex. lets see . what they say. my guess is that they have zero experinece with this , the only smart one might be in the ny passport offic suprvisor . the issue is can i get it quickly
