The work we do for our own satisfaction that brings us joy is something that is rewarding in and of itself. That doesn't mean it will pay the bills...or will it?

Anyone on Hive is still considered an early-adopter. The mainstream has no idea this exists or is an option that any creator who cares about ownership and freedom should know about. And yet the masses dance for the big centralized corporations...still. Even after all the stories of people getting deplatformed, demonetzied,or thrown in some content virtual jail. Still they persist.

Yet, here we are like John the Baptist shouting in the wind.

The challenge with being at the forefront is that we are a small dot on the horizon for the masses who should recognize the value of the work not just becuase you've done it, but what it can do for them. Yet they persist.

So chin up! One day you'll be that proverbial "overnight success" because you stayed the course. Because you persist.
