I am a work in progress when it comes to this. My first instinct is to solve it. I have to force myself to document what needs to be done, refer back to training, reach out to them to let them know, and then wait for them to make the correction and get it back to me. Review it. Note any additional corrections, or if it is done well to then reply to them to let them know it was done well.

All of that back and forth and time delay to projects that typically have a small window of time can be frustrating when I could have taken care of it in a few minutes right away. BUT I know that the only way for me to be able to expand my business is for me to not be the only one who can do it.
