I know that it's a slippery slope for me to say that Bulgaria is a First World nation. However, it is no longer a communist country, so it wouldn't qualify to be a Second World nation; and it doesn't have the kind of poverty and violence that Honduras has, so I wouldn't consider it to be a Third World nation.
