It seems like one has to be a trust-fund kid to make it big on the Blurt writing platform, though. I know that the Medium writing platform charges some kind of monthly dues for their writers to remain on their platform or something to that effect, but everyone who joins their writing platform knows beforehand what they're getting themselves into and it's a modest monthly dues. Also, I've heard stories about people making an obscene amount of money writing for the Medium writing platform.

Upon reading the welcome information for the Blurt writing platform, they made themselves look too much like a twin sister of the Hive writing platform, when, in fact, they're nothing like the Hive writing platform short of being a decentralized writing platform, of course. They were supposed to have front-end blockchain sites according to this one article I read on the Blurt writing platform. However, when I clicked on the links that the article provided, they all came up as no longer being in service. Kind of like how the Hive writing platform has the PEAKD site as well ecency site and the Steem writing platform used to have the STEEMPEAK site.
