He shouldn't be running for president. He kept laughing like a circus clown throughout the vice-presidential debate with Paul Ryan back in 2012. I think his mind started going on him in 2010 or 2011, because he didn't act peculiar back in 2008 when he debated with Sarah Palin in the vice-presidential debate for that election year.
