Well my fitness fellows, I've nearly forgotten to post an update so I will write one super quickly.馃槹
Training today was a 4-mile walk as well as weight training. 陌t was freezing today up here in not so sunny Scotland.
The reason for my late post? Thats down to two things, I am writing a new book, as well as nerding out on a video game called Stellaris... It gives me a Nerdgasm馃槼馃槺馃槣
