A negative view of others toward ourselves usually occur when we do a mistake. When this happens, do not be derailed for too long.
Making mistakes is natural. Everyone else never make mistakes, so don't blame yourself too. We can learn from the mistake, and then rise up and show the positive achievements at the next opportunity
