EOS Canada created a new system account eosio.forum initiated a node vote, requiring 15 nodes to vote in favor of the system account.

5.Block Producer Rating System

EOS Rate allows for any EOS account to submit a rating for Block Producers in 5 distinct categories and visually compare their attributes. The five categories include: Transparency, Infrastructure, Community Engagement, Testnets, Tools.

5.EOS Alliance Open Call

At 21 o 'clock (Beijing time) on November 29, 2018, the EOS Alliance successfully held the second phase open call.

A plan was drawn up to launch a referendum on January 1, 2019.Preparations for a referendum on the convention will take place before then. Prepare to discuss the following:

1. Referendum version;
2. Referendum tools;
3. Research on key issues of the convention;
4. Publicize the referendum and mobilize community members to participate in the referendum;
