3.BM pointed out the earliest biggest governance problem that how to distribute RAM and which kind of reserve pricing model should BP use. BM gave a example that if there would be 1B EOS and 1TB RAM, cost of each byte would be 0.0009 EOS. If we use reserve mechanism, the original byte would spend 10% even 1% of previous cost. This will cost 0.000009 EOS per byte, that is, 0.00018 dollars.Once multiple public chains are built, each public chain has 1TB RAM, then price of RAM maybe de reduced.
