The community is expecting a draft EOS.IO constitution in the coming weeks, but as a Block Producer candidate we will also be publishing our own constitution. This is intended to be a short, concise series of statements that define our values and beliefs, what we stand for and our guiding behaviours. Crucially this will provide the community with an additional means to subsequently hold us to account in the future based upon our future actions.
EOS42 have been widely active in the EOS community since January, engaging and contributing on such contentious issues as voter kickbacks/dividends, and publishing the first BP project whitepaper, and subsequently launching the Chintai token leasing community project (www.chintai-eos.io).

We hope this first BP candidate draft constitution serves to ignite the debate and look forwards to a variety of other constitutions in the coming weeks ahead of a successful launch.
