Using the SBD->Steem 3.5 Day Converter?

Does anyone know, besides using something like Vessel which I assume has this functionality, how to use the conversion mechanism that used to be in the Steemit UI but was removed in https://github.com/steemit/condenser/issues/2143 ? Can it be done via a SteemConnect URL, for example?
