finally after almost a full month with gray skies from morning to night and a lot of rain and occasional snow, the sun finally came out today. of course it was cold but i was desperate to get a decent fresh shadow shot or two.
i went to the park as many times before and it was so nice to be in the sunshine again.
i was surprised how long the shadows were . it was noontime after all, even if it is december.
i was satisfied but there was still something missing. it would be so cool if the sun could catch the lamp exactly right, then just maybe it would turn on the light. i mean not the actual bulb in the lamp but it would make the shadow look like it was turned on.
and lo and behold, on one of the four buildings the sun happened to be at that perfect angle, lighting up the shadow almost as if the lamp was dimly lit
