CVID was created by John Bolton and his aide in 2002/2003, who always wanted to scrap the deal with NK itself.
NK would agree with CV, and would never do so with 'I' until the US gives an irreversible guarantee of its regime security.
But CVD can still work, and it seems NK agreed with it during the TrumpKim summit. Though details may differ.
Just like the US can't provide an irreversible guarantee of NK's regime security, NK can't agree with the term 'irreversible' denuclearization.
In fact, it's a word for a defeated country like Germany after the FWW, although Germany managed to covertly rebuild its armed forces.
In short, the word 'irreversible' is a complete manipulation of semantics, or a total crap.
