I agree to a point: If a Rare+ card is selling for $0.05, for example, I won't hesitate to pick up a pair. With all the market craziness, lately, I've managed to snag all kinds of cards I shouldn't be able to simply because they were considered poor cards and were on a dip. In the end, even if the card is never buffed (which would be unfortunate), it wasn't much of a loss to begin with ;)
