The faces are a perfect addition. I like how they all have their eyes closed because it adds a serene atmosphere to the overall work. On the surface it seems like they are sleeping, but really they are listening or receiving energy, or something like that. Plus, with the color and texture you used for the faces in the ring it looks like they are made of some kind of cosmic stone that has special powers. Good stuff.
