Piercing lances. Take your

Chances – You,

Tread lightly in sight

Of the one

Kept dark by night.



Assume no one cares

To hear your complaining.

No demons here,

Only angels in training.

Where once was fear,

Only patience remaining.



Specks of time

Swept across the plains

of face,

of mind.
