Hello friends! My name is Enrique Mora, graduated as a black belt in Aikido and graduated as a therapist in traditional Chinese medicine. After many years of study and training, I have been able to verify through the results achieved the great benefits that the practice of these ancient sciences have in many aspects of life.

In traditional Chinese medicine I have discovered a myriad of options to treat physical illnesses. However, this science not only deals with the material body, but also at the spiritual level, emphasizing the flow of the vital energies of the body, that is, what is known in China as Chi (Ki in Japanese). Having knowledge about this art has led me to a series of concerns and discoveries that I wish to share with those who feel identified with this health issue, working from the spirit, mind and body.

Recalling again the word Chi, we can speak of its use in Japanese, that is Ki, in all aspects of Japanese culture this concept is present, known as the energy that makes everything work in the universe. One of the most interesting martial arts that I have been able to study, being of Japanese origin, is Aikido, taking into account that its name includes the word Ki. The term Aikido translated literally means "way for union with the Universal energy" or "path for union with the spirit". This martial art does not only refer to personal defense, it also deals with a lifestyle, a philosophy, which is a very deep concept, within which there is a great Japanese cultural influence, which leads us to think of a tool of social improvement.
