I was meaning to join one of the massive Game Jams that happen in December as a solo entry. Just never had the time for it last year. I’m hoping in 2021 I make some time for it.

As far as a Game Jam on Hive that has happened once in the past by one of the blockchain games.

I do want to host a Game Jam one day and incorporate Itcho into it as well. It will be a great way to try and promote the platform, community, and try to encourage some to give making a game a try.

I don’t suppose I will in a while. With the current Hive price, it takes a lot of Hive to put up some kind of rewards to get people interested.

I would not be shocked if others do something like a Game Jam at some point in the future here on Hive.

Once we grow a bit and I know we can get a few entries I’ll reevaluate. I would not mind having one quarterly at some point. Often enough that it is something people can look forward to entering. Not so often it’s no longer something special and takes to much time away from people working on their projects.

I have quite a few plans. For now things have to grow a bit which takes time.
