Keep in mind I'm playing below system min. and I've bumped a few things up from low to medium.

It has been a hit or miss for performance in wooded areas. Water which has always been an issue for my gcard can sometimes struggle with large amounts of it in an area. Last night I even had half a river not load the textures for it while I run past it.

Other areas have been amazing. I can just keep running and running and not notice chunks loading in and out for the most part.

I'm sure if I spent some time I could find some better settings. For now I'm happy with how things are performing. I did come into this with the mind set that my PC might not be able to play this at all.
