
Today i have discussed some mathematical problems ok Knitting of Textile Processing again.
নিটিং এ যারা জব করেন বা ফেব্রিক ম্যানুফেকচারিং এর ছাত্র তাদের জন্য নিটিং (Knitting) এর গানিতিক সমস্যাগুলো অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ন। আমরা জানি, নিটিং এর মূল কাজ সেটিং পয়েন্ট ও ক্যাল্কুলেশন সংক্রান্ত। তাই আমি ধারাবাহিকভাবে Knitting এর যাবতীয় গানিতিক সমস্যাগুলো আলোচনা করেছি। আশা করি এই ম্যাথগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে দেখার পর আপনার Knitting Calculation and Mathematics এ আর তেমন কোন সমস্যা থাকবে না।
আজকে তৃতীয় পর্বে সাধারন কিছু গানিতিক সমস্যা নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছি।

- A circular S/J weft knitting machine having 20 feeders, running at a speed of 25 rpm, is knitting fabric with stitch length equal to 0.15” with 756 needles in the machine. The efficiency of the machine is 84% and the count of cotton yarn knitted is 18S. The fabric is knitted with 24 cpi. Calculate the production in yards and pound per hour [29 yards, 5.25 lb]
- Calculate the length in m of a plain, S/J fabric knitted at 16 cpcm on a 26 inch dia 28G circular m/c having 104 feeds. The m/c operates for 8 hours at 29 rpm at 95% efficiency. [859.6 m]
