How do you plan to incentivize running a node?

There is already a very similar project, running for 2 years and it's basically dying (even though it is integrated with peakd): @aggroed/beechat-chatting-with-friends-through-hive-sites-like-nftshowroom-com

It was created by a known team, with much more resources to code and market the solution. How do you think your project will be different and how do you plan to market it?
