I disagree, an investor is all about the return. Long term investments weigh heavily on the APR and APY of a potential one. I do agree with several points here like lack of marketing and liquidity on major exchanges. I like the additional yield layer idea, but also think lowering the HBD print rate and interest is doable. Right now, the only people getting HBD are the ones that the oligarchy feels should via the DHF. Why reward them more than everyone else? And here is my biggest argument position for HIVE being applauded vs HBD - without HIVE, there is no HBD. So why pay higher interest on what is already HIVE to begin with? Doesn't make sense.
