One thing I saw was not addressed here is, or maybe I'm just not seeing it but - where does the rest of the HIVE and HBD go that is generated when a block is produced if the curation rewards are reduced by 75%? Or, are you saying that less will be produced entirely?

I sit confused, please clarify.
