Iowa State was overseeded. The team that couldn't beat Arizona and BYU (in the regular season and in Big 12 Tournament) got a higher seed than both. They probably should have switched seeding with Louisville. Not that the Cardinals were any good.

I had hoped Michigan State would pull through against Auburn, but alas, they couldn't.

This year, the gap between the #1 seeds and the rest of the Sweet Sixteen teams was noticeably big.

I picked Duke to win it all. We shall see.
