Happy new month prestigious diy members, welcome you all to the season/month of love.
Looking forward to February 14 know as val day, have been wondering the type of gift I will receive or could it be am not going to receive any? well I really can't tell for now, but I'll keep hoping the sun smiles on me so I get one. That a side, I already promised to always get something for myself as often as possible be it bracelet or necklace which ever I decide when necessary.
For some days now have been actually pondering on the necklace I want, mind you making it isn't the issue here but the type of design to do and the colors i would be going for is now the problem 馃槥. I really don't know why this is most common with diy fellows they are always delighted in making different varieties according to their specialization for customers, families and friends but when it comes to them making for their selves it's either the spirit of laziness pops in or even when they are ready being pricised of what to make exactly becomes the problem.
After much deliberation on what to make I decided to go for a simple necklace giving a classic and a rich vibe hahaha 馃槀. Well I went for simple design because I really don't want something too heavy on my neck that will cause me discomfort like heat and rash at the end of the day. And as For the color I went for black unlike so many ladies have come across they dislike black as their best color but me on the other hand find myself loving black all the way.not just that it's a universal color that fits with practically all other colors, so I don't have to trouble myself looking for a matching necklace all the time since I have a black one already.
So to begin with my classic and rich vibe necklace like I called it 馃榿 these are the materials needed;
*Black pearl beads
*Fish line
*Hook
*Scissor
Procedures
Step 1
I cut two equal fish line
Step 2
I joined both the fish line equally and then inserted a total number of 15 black pearl beads first
Step 3
After that I separated both the fish line and added 8 beads on each of the line, I repeated same process for the other side of the necklace as well.
Step 4
At this point, I joined the fish line together and added 6 beads each to the line. you can continue adding the beads till you get your desired length that fits you, but me I just stopped at the 6 beads since i got what i want already.
Step 5
I added my hook and afterward cut off the remain of the line with scissor
And this is the end result
Thanks for your time, I will be in the comment section to hear your opinion about the necklace.
I appreciate every bit of your time
