Penny Stocks can be very volatile and will easily burn you if you are buying based off of a newsletter. Most pennies are pump-and-dumps, in terms of price action. Many legit companies, but their share price is played with by Market Makers and Boiler Rooms.
The scan on these is looking at the 200MA, with a crossover (or near crossover) in price action to the upside.
