Well my high school had a student vs local police basketball game that I was filming tonight and our student team won! It was our normal team of boys varsity players plus two girls varsity players and a couple alumni against some of our most athletic boys in blue. These kids pulled it off though and crushed them.
I wasn't able to get many shots, nor were they that good, but I wanted to get these two to show you all of what my view was while filming and the second during take down of the equipment.
Unfortunately I didn't get to direct tonight, but I still had a lot of fun on the camera. It felt so good to get those shots that just flow, following the players through their crazy jumps, passes, and shots.
The funny part is everyone was missing so many shots! Overall it was a really fun night filming.
