Chapter 1: The Debut
Langdon Trafford: Who's that?
Piers Gallagher: I don't know... I've never seen him before.
Langdon Trafford: And who's the other guy walking behind him.
Piers Gallagher: Why don't you go ask them?
Langdon Trafford: Maybe I will... they're heading for the ring.
Langdon follows the two unknown men into the ring
Langdon Trafford: Hello. I'm Langdon Trafford, who are you guys?
Turpentine: Hello Langdon, I am Decibilior Turpentine and this is my narrator.
Langdon Trafford: Narrator? Well, does he have a name?
Turpentine: We all have names.
Langdon Trafford: Well then, what do I call him?
Turpentine: You may call him the narrator.
Langdon Trafford: Ok fine and how about you? Who exactly is Decibilior Turpentine?
Turpentine: Decibilior Turpentine is the future FWA Heavyweight Champion.
Decibilior Turpentine begins to slowly walk to the other side of the ring
Narrator: Decibilior quietly examines the arena while Langdon Trafford inquires about who Decibilior Turpentine and his Narrator are and what they are doing in the FWA.
Langdon Trafford: What are you doing? Why did you just say that?
Turpentine: That's what he does. He's the narrator. He narrates my actions and the actions of those around me.
Decibilior walks back towards the narrator and Langdon
Langdon Trafford: So let me get this straight... he narrates what you say... all the time? I mean, just here in FWA or everywhere?
Turpentine: You're full of questions, Mr. Trafford. Sadly, you're asking the wrong ones.
Langdon Trafford: No, I'd like to know. I think all the FWA fans want to know what the deal is with you two.
Turpentine: Ok fine, if these are the questions you insist on asking, I'll answer. He narrates Decibilior's actions and important occurrences in my life. Since I will soon be the most important figure in the FWA, it's only logical that he will narrate my every move here in the FWA. Does that answer you question, Mr. Trafford?
Langdon Trafford walks towards Decibilior Turpentine
Langdon Trafford: Who the hell are you, Turpentine?
Narrator: Langdon Trafford aggressively approaches Turpentine, attempting to incite a violent confrontation. Will Turpentine kill Langdon Trafford?
Langdon Trafford: Hey... what the hell?
Langdon Trafford steps back, away from Decibilior Turpentine
Langdon Trafford: I don't know who you are or what you're doing but...
Turpentine: Precisely. You don't know and the reason you don't know is because you've wasted time asking me silly questions instead of asking me the right questions.
Narrator: Decibilior turns his attention to a fan who is holding up a poster of Lucy Katherine Pinder. He examines the contents of the poster, no doubt impressed by Mrs. Pinder's physique.
Langdon Trafford: What the hell? This... what is the deal with him?
Turpentine: We went over this already. He is the narrator.
Langdon Trafford: He said you were going to kill me before.
Turpentine: No he didn't. He pondered the possibility of me killing you. There's a difference.
Narrator: Langdon Trafford must know that he is trying Turpentine's patience. The look in Turpentine's eyes shows that he is close to eradicating Mr. Trafford once and for all. Will Mr. Trafford press his luck and continue to interrogate Turpentine, or will he live to see another day? We'll find out shortly.
Langdon Trafford takes a few steps back
Langdon Trafford: I think I've had enough of this.
Langdon Trafford walks out of the ring and back to the announcers table. The narrator follows him to the table and hands Langdon Trafford a piece of paper.
