Speaking of security, I think it depends on the location of the village, there are a lot of villages in western part of Nigeria suffering from banditry. It is not something I heard but what is currently occuring in the rural community I was deployed to.

I also prefer living in a rural area as long as I can provide all sort of social amenities that I will be needing.
