Exactly.
Art work is expressive and every piece of it carries a message. The fact that it looks harmless and beautiful on a wall doesn't mean it is not capable of hurting people psychologically in ways physical items can't. When we see an art work, there is this emotional surge. It is either we can relate with or feel targeted by it. An art work is more than enough to evoke sense of nationality and or cause an unexpected uprising.
