Both should be prioritised I believe so too because stable marriage means a stable environment for the children. But the issue with prioritising parent's mental wellbeing is that, there are some parents that use petty excuse just to get the parental and child's benefits that comes after divorce. Which means they hide under the disguise of doing what is best for them and their children, whereas, they are only pursuing their selfish interest.
