One of the most weird looking gates in my neighbourhood, the gate has been positioned there for about 27 years now according to what I heard. the funny thing is, ever since I moved into the neighbourhood have never seen a case where the owners of this building feels the need to lock the gate.
It is never closed or locked, a very creepy gate😅
