I ran my first half marathon last year with 6'49 pace (2 hours, 23 minutes), and never tried again.
It's a really long distance and I like short and fast runs in general. However, I wanted to try myself with an unplanned half-marathon this time after seeing some sunny weather coming up (still cold, but sunny...) this saturday.
Since it was unplanned, I didn't want to push too hard to avoid any injury and tried to enjoy the ride with a relatively relaxed pace - compared to my 5-10k usual pace, and managed to finish the half marathon in an easy way.
6:11 from 6:57.157 from 163.165 from 150.All stats are better, and this actually made me think that I should target sub 2 hours half marathon next time. Really like seeing my stats getting better while getting older. :)
If you want to support a reliable witness who can run a half-marathon, consider voting for me. 🤘 (via Hivesigner or on PeakD.)
