I don't know how the human race got to this point; almost everything bows to money: power, connection, survival, audience, name it.
Because of this, everyone is up and doing, looking for the substance; some people even go the extra mile to do despicable things just to earn it.
At one point, I was even thinking it would be nice if money were included as one of the necessities of life, but it seems that's already something in existence because everything else, including our basic needs, is related to money.
If money is no longer a problem, meaning I have everything I need- money and everything else- honestly, I don't know what to do because I know the first thing that will happen would be tears rolling down from my eyes.
I know the struggles and fights it took me to come to this point. Life isn't easy; it's just like God has finally decided to give me rest. It's really going to make me very happy; I won't lie.
Taking this issue of money out of the picture means taking away one of my biggest barriers in life; it's like giving me relief from all my struggles and clearing the path for me to begin another journey.
The journey of purpose and no longer what to eat or what to settle bills with.
It's sad that a majority of us have kept aside the most important thing in life and are chasing money and wealth in order to survive and this is no one's fault, without money, life is miserable.
So, if I have all the money I need and everything is in place, I'll chase my purpose. I desire to elevate the less privileged by providing opportunities for them and also become their voice.
It hurts me to see people who are out there doing their best, but because they don't have what it takes, they are left to suffer and remain small and in struggles.
Since I have what it takes, I will give myself to fishing those less privileged out and make them my family and also do everything I can to ensure that they feel privileged.
Aside from this, I will also want to dedicate myself and service to my creator, supporting the mission works and availing myself where necessary.
I will also spend my time with family, train my children to my taste, with my darling wife, and also be with my mother, siblings, and my acquaintances.
I don't know a lot about my people; I can't speak my native language properly. I think this free time will be a great opportunity to learn.
Nevertheless, in the end, the question is, will man ever have so much that he would desire to just rest?
In my opinion, people should enjoy their lives and pursue whatever they want now; time doesn't wait for anyone.
Follow your dreams and forget about thinking about getting to a point where money won't be a problem. Sometimes we can have so much money, yet we will never feel fulfilled because money and wealth don't satisfy.
