It is sad that happiness is something most people don't really experience as it should. It's even more sad that most of them don't realize that the fault is from them.

I can relate to you saying you can't tell when last you felt completely happy. Sometimes I feel the reason why we feel this way is because we are defining happiness the wrong way and if only we would learn to be grateful for the things we have and be positive about life, the story might change.
