Am glad you definitely turned out okay...and you are definitely your own hero

As much as I am appreciative of my own parents (who were deeply involved and wonderful), I sometimes believe that a little tough love might have better prepared myself and my siblings for the harsh realities of life especially in my younger years.

That said, we all turned out okay ...lol
