I have experienced some of the most satisfying times of late personally. While I usually don't put way too much into my emotional state at any given time, one can conclude that I am currently in what you'll call a 'good headspace'.
Getting to this space hasn't been a smooth ride as anyone will expect. It's not like the problems of the World, or my personal problems decided to go on vacation. If anything, one would say they are of more significance than ever before because of my level of experience with the World around me, and personal vision for myself at this stage of life.
Things certainly haven't gone as planned as far as the life I have dreamt for myself. There have been times when the pressure has gotten to me and I have felt it. I mean, experience is the most defining line between dreaming and reality for most of us. We tend to make adjustments based on those experiences. Every day I imagine a more refined portion of my dreams, a far cry from some outlandish versions in my early Adult years when I felt invincible. It isn't giving up, but an acceptance of the complex nature of living.
I think more important is the subtle realization that dreams take a lot longer to actulaize than many of us imagine in our heads. That single bit of realization can potentially save years of agony and anxiety. Even when we are going through a prolonged rough patch, it easily helps for us to remember that the road ahead is still far.
