Let's make it simple.

You hold $DAO tokens in your wallet.
Depending on your tokes held, you can opt to a level or another (+ dao = more privileges obviously). There's daily snapshots of your balance.
If you pass KYC and verification you can participate in lotteries competing with all the other holders.
Winners receive allocations for incubated projects :)
