IDO's (initial decentralised offerings) are the standard now and to be in you need dozens of thousand of dollars beforehand. When they're listed on uniswap/pancakeswap they're already x5-10 up and with several milions in mcap.

So a difficult thing to do lately (picking gems I mean).

I'm more focused on learning/improving my capital and risk management lately as I amassed a very decent chunk of wealth with the last run.
