It's a 16% APR in LEO (so fully liquid) instead of locked HP curation rewards. SO it's a better staking solution for HIVE in my opinion. You also get the rewards directly in HE so you're avoiding the fees to convert from hive to swap.hive, etc

In addition, 16% it's rarely achieved through 'normal' curation (more like 10%). I like to give upvotes to comments and I'm not even thinking about 'the best window to mazimize rewards'.

So for all the above reasons, if you just want to stake HIVE, delegating to @leo.voter is always the best solution.
