It all works for me. Crazy returns should be rewarded somewhere I'm thinking and you've done everything you can to make it as fair as possible. Just like it's never a bad thing to take a profit, it's certainly not unfair for you to get paid for your work, and this looks more than fair to me.

Quick question on the 25th: are we sending you HIVE and then you're selling it for the cash? So if Hive goes to $2 we'd need to send in 200 HIVE for 100 SEED (just to make numbers easy)?

NOPE! The remaining 3500 SEED will be listed for sale directly on Hive Engine for 4$ or slightly more (Hive equivalent). No need to send anything.
