My Aunt is 61 years old but her skin still look young. She almost died because of Cancer stage 4 but she recovered because of God's miracle and love from her family. My Grandmother is already 82 years old and I think 80+ can be consider old.

Reality

It maybe random age, like 35 year old have good skin but the bones are weak. It depends to our individual differences and life style. I just notice this from us even your young you can consider old because of your movement.
