It was January 2020, Topworld Studio had reserve a masterclass at their studio for the staffs.
We had agreed on the dates and every plans was cool and checklist, we were good to go. unfortunately for the organiser, myself and the studio director, we never factor in models in our checklist, a big blow you said right? Of course, it's really a big slap, how could we not have remembered such important part of the training?
Well, no big deal, i'll dance my way around it. i had inform my trainee who's also a student in the same town of my programme and had put him in my list for assistance.
The date came and i had travelled, checked in my hotel and quickly before i get carried away with adventure around the town, do final check on my list and class notes, there i discovered my class would never go smooth as there won't be model(s) in the class 🙄 how did i do that?
I immediately reach out to the organiser and asked if he has model on his checklist, "No sir" he replied.
We might not be ready for a successful class after all, this is a masterclass not some sort of theoretical gist gathering. I might not trust so much his models if he was to get one for the class seen that he's not a photographer, i wouldn't want any low-self-esteem model who might ruin everything eventually, leave that for me i quickly told him.
Without wasting time, i put RAY on his toes, Hey Ray, i'm in town and i did not come complete i would need you to get me models for the masterclass. And immediately, we started visual auditioning of the models.
Posher came out one of the top and as a matter of fact, she was the model for the day 1 of the class. Went through her profile, i immediately okay her and schedule her. I love her personality, her confidence. She did amazingly well during the class.
This is my entry for today's #monomad challenge
