I chose these two songs because they both remind me of how great God is. The first song, Victory Belongs to You, reminds me that no matter what I am facing, God is greater than every problem. Sometimes life can be difficult, and we may not know what to do, but this song teaches me to trust God because every victory comes from Him. It helps me remember that I do not have to depend only on my own strength.
The second song, Yabo, is a beautiful Hausa song that says God alone deserves all the praise. I love this song because it reminds me to be thankful for everything God has done in my life. Every new day, every blessing, and every answered prayer are reasons to give Him praise. No matter the situation, God is always worthy of our worship.
These two songs go well together because they both point my heart back to God. One reminds me that He gives victory, while the other reminds me to give Him the praise He deserves. Whenever I sing these songs, I feel encouraged, and my faith becomes stronger. They help me focus on God's goodness instead of my worries.
