In the olden day, whenever kings goes to war, whosoever wins get to spoil the opponent..that means anyone who wins the battle will be able to cart away the possesions of the loser, from horses, to gold, to slaves, e.t.c
Now imagine what will happen, if both sides of the divide loses.
Well, i think I saw what exactly would be the outcome,
This week was a hectic one, because our exam had commesed since Monday (that why I haven't post anything this week) and it ended yesterday.
There was this particular course know as Engineering Drawing, and everyone had high expectations for it, wednesday was the day for the exam, we all got our tools (drawing boards, mathematical set, e.t.c) like kings going for war, but when we saw the questions it was a tough one, the fact that you can attempt one is a miracle, but how are we expected to answer 4 of such question in 2hrs.
We all tried all we could do, but the invigilator even made things harder, he wasn't ready to give us even 5seconds more. Everyone submitted and were complaining, but the extent of the anguish most people felt didn't really hit me, until I went back into the exam hall to read for my next exam.
The hall was flooded with different types of material
These are some of the things I found, they were just too many, and I thought to myself, what could have happened? These were materials most of them won't joke with on a normal day.
I think the only thing that could have caused this is Frustration, they were so frustrated that they forgot to hold on to that which they already had, they've let the hope for tomorrow steal that which they already had. It good to have our eyes set on better things to come, but let not forget that our today is equally has important, because today is the stepping stone to tomorrow, that which is to come is worth looking forward to, but that which we still have now is still worth fighting for.
A war in which both side loses will only bring profit to the bystanders, who didn't deserve anything.
