Hello fellow creatives, greetings to you all once again! 🌞 Hope you're having a nice day.

Today I was feeling so bad and wanted to keep myself busy, especially since the rain was falling heavily β›ˆοΈ, making everything look dark and gloomy ☁️. The streets were empty, and the sound of raindrops on the roof was almost musical 🎡. Although the rain was falling, I still made my day! 🌈 I was so happy and thought it wise to share this amazing DIY craft with you all. Without wasting much of your time, let's get started! πŸ’ͺ

Materials Used

  • Cardboard paper πŸ“¦

  • Scissors βœ‚οΈ

  • Paper gum πŸ’§

  • Super glue πŸ’ͺ

  • Pencil ✏️

  • Ruler πŸ“

  • Black fabric πŸ‘•

  • Thick book cover πŸ“š

  • Compass πŸ“

Procedure

Step 1

Insert your pencil ✏️ inside your compass πŸ“ properly, then place it carefully on your thick book cover πŸ“š. Draw out a big circle ⭕️ and three smaller circles ⭕️.

Step 2

Cut out the circles with scissors βœ‚οΈ. Use your ruler πŸ“ to draw straight lines on your cardboard, then cut them out into square shapes β–‘. Make sure one square is bigger than the other.

Step 3

The bigger square shape will be 27 pieces or more, while the smaller one will be 15 pieces in three places, making it 45. Roll each square into a cone shape, starting from the thin end, and apply paper gum πŸ’§.

Step 4

Continue rolling the squares into cone shapes. Cut fabric πŸ‘• into square shapes, fold twice, and cut into cone shapes to create star shapes ⭐️.

Step 5

Attach cone shapes to the bigger circle base with super glue πŸ’ͺ. Add fabric stars ⭐️ to the center of each flower. Use cardboard rope to hang the flowers on the wall.

And that's it! 🎨 I had so much fun creating this DIY cardboard flower decoration, and I hope you enjoy making it too. Don't let the rain β›ˆοΈ stop you from being creative! 😊
