Hello fellow creatives, greetings to you all once again! ๐ Hope you're having a nice day.
Today I was feeling so bad and wanted to keep myself busy, especially since the rain was falling heavily โ๏ธ, making everything look dark and gloomy โ๏ธ. The streets were empty, and the sound of raindrops on the roof was almost musical ๐ต. Although the rain was falling, I still made my day! ๐ I was so happy and thought it wise to share this amazing DIY craft with you all. Without wasting much of your time, let's get started! ๐ช
Materials Used
Cardboard paper ๐ฆ
Scissors โ๏ธ
Paper gum ๐ง
Super glue ๐ช
Pencil โ๏ธ
Ruler ๐
Black fabric ๐
Thick book cover ๐
Compass ๐
Procedure
Step 1
Insert your pencil โ๏ธ inside your compass ๐ properly, then place it carefully on your thick book cover ๐. Draw out a big circle โญ๏ธ and three smaller circles โญ๏ธ.
Step 2
Cut out the circles with scissors โ๏ธ. Use your ruler ๐ to draw straight lines on your cardboard, then cut them out into square shapes โก. Make sure one square is bigger than the other.
Step 3
The bigger square shape will be 27 pieces or more, while the smaller one will be 15 pieces in three places, making it 45. Roll each square into a cone shape, starting from the thin end, and apply paper gum ๐ง.
Step 4
Continue rolling the squares into cone shapes. Cut fabric ๐ into square shapes, fold twice, and cut into cone shapes to create star shapes โญ๏ธ.
Step 5
Attach cone shapes to the bigger circle base with super glue ๐ช. Add fabric stars โญ๏ธ to the center of each flower. Use cardboard rope to hang the flowers on the wall.
And that's it! ๐จ I had so much fun creating this DIY cardboard flower decoration, and I hope you enjoy making it too. Don't let the rain โ๏ธ stop you from being creative! ๐
