I'm happy to know you are doing a lot better health-wise, and with your spiritual life - a new you, I will say.

I've not really been myself since I lost my mom last year. I've been battling with grief and depression, while pretending to be normal to my wife and kid.

It has not been easy but I believe I will be fine with time too.
