What you tell us is really interesting, it is not easy to assume the differences but it is not impossible either. I think you are doing very well by including a varied menu and showing respect and tolerance for diversity through food. While it is true that each of our children are different when they are marked differences such as this food we must work from tolerance, acceptance and empathy especially for them not to feel rejected and think it's bad or that they are weird for not being like the others. We live in a world where differences are penalized and it is sought that we are all a chain production but that is impossible. Each person is a universe and has its own characteristics that make them wonderful beings. Never hesitate to show that being different is okay and that we should respect those differences and accept them in order to live in harmony.
RE: Acceptance, tolerance and respect. Values that are strengthened when you have children who are very different from each other.
