That's right. Education in the process of formalization in the school system starts from the fact that it is a mass training where people are classified as normal or not, to use the words that for years have marked so many children who today are adults with traumas and that there was nothing wrong with them. I remember when I was studying education they told me these are the strategies you should use with this content if you want to achieve the learning whose result is measured with these tests or exams, something very far from reality, in practice I discovered that what took years to learn throughout college was a manual for mass production of individuals who think and act the same, that the development of critical thinking and creativity were defects to be corrected although it was said that it was about developing them, I myself was part of that process of teaching according to what the book tells you and if not you are not well, then I learned that this was not the way and I dedicated my professional life to make others understand that every child, every human being is totally different and wonderful and that saying that 20, 30 or 40 children in a classroom will learn the same way is a very costly mistake whose bill is paid by the human being who leaves being one more of the pile that the schools have "formed". I insist that I do not underestimate the value of education at all, on the contrary, it is one of the greatest transformation processes that exist, what I criticize is the educational institutions, the government entities that direct this field and insist on making us think the same way and try to adapt us to a program, rigid dates and absurd calendars.
